Do you know any 3 year pharmacy program out there?

Do you know what pharmacy school has a 3 year program instead of the traditional 4 year program for people with high GPA and in what state?

To get into a three year program, you'll need a bachelors to be competitive.

It's not for people with high GPAs, but Univ of Pacific in California has a 3 year pharm program. The reason it's 3 years is because it's year round.
