I had the smae problem. But to fix it you have to be strong willed, and you've shown that by wanting to change. Since you are only 14 weight lifting, training, are not a good idea, your body is still growing and you could seriously damage it. Try jogging, sit-ups push-ups and if your like me and hate doing those things, try yoga or pilates, they work great and help you relax. You can find yoga videos pretty much anywhere. I reccomend beginner though, you'd be surprised at how hard it can be. And most importantly eat healthy and drink lotts of water, doing this is like cleansing yor entire body, you'll also get less pimples. After about a month of exersizing for at least 30 minutes every second day (at least 3 times a week) you should start to feel more energetic and start to notice a change in your body. If you gain weight at first its normal, somepeople build up muscle before they melt away pounds, these people will have to wait a while before they see results but the results will be drastic. And dont go on any low card diet or no calories. Because they only get rid of water weight.

Dearie, I don't think you are fat at all! When I was 14, I would have LOVED to have those measurments!
I can tell you that skipping meals is a BIG NO-NO. You have to eat all 3 meals a day, because it keeps your metabolism running and you aren't starved all day. Contrary to popular belief, STARVING YOURSELF IS NOT THE ANSWER!
You can start by not drinking a lot of soda (you don't have to completely cut it out, but you can save it as a "treat" or something like that) You can take the stairs at school instead of taking the short way. Try eating more green, leafy vegetables because they are filled with fiber and fiber tends to fill you up more. You can also go to mypyramid.gov and see what other things you can do as far as dietary options. I hope this helps and I wish you the best of luck.
And let me not forget this, I saw this on your little subject heading-thingy : You should never try to change your body image to land a boyfriend. If a boy really likes you, he will like you for the person you are and how you make him feel.

Well, one things 4 sure you if you're thinking about not eating to lose some pounds like skipping breakfast or something don't do it because your body will take on the fat that you didn't eat for the rest of that day, and starving yourself would be torture, so you should not only try to eat healthier and it's not what you eat it's how much you eat. So when things high in fat and calories you need to do something physical to use that fat and the calories or your body will store it. Try joining a sport in school or out doesn't matter but if you don't want to join a school sport and out of school sports are expensive jogging or swimming will help.

OH know please don't try to loose wight because you think Ur fat! Last year when I was 13 I was a little chunky and people did make fun of me sometimes so i decided to go on a diet and I just started eating less and less as months went by. I wen from 98 pounds to 71 pounds in 4 months. I thought I looked great! but I really was Way to skinny! One week I past out because I didn't eat and I was in the hospital for almost 3 months because my body was so used to not eating I just through everyhting up that I ate and kept on loosing more wight. I felt aw full about what I diod--all that I really wanted to do was loose 5 or 10 pounds,but I lost about 30. So now I am 15 and I am still very skinny, and actuality now I get made fun of for being so skinny!! so now I realize that who cares what people think of you, dint let them make you feel bad about Ur self. You are special in your own ways and it doesn't mater how you look, so if you dint want to end up like me take my advise and just forget what people say to you!
P.S-- of coarse you will get guys. The kind of guys who love you for Ur personalty and not how you look =]

I wish I had those measurements!!!
BUT anyways, Are you active on a regular basis? Do you eat the "right" foods? Try jogging, or taking up a personal sport.
Something really fun,If you can, Those DDR games for ps2?....yea they help.
