Not to sure what goes through his mind but the first thing he does do is make judgement to if she is pretty enough and what her body looks like.

Don't judge all men by some of the answers you're gonna get. The first thing I notice about a woman is her lips. Small thin lips are a real turn on for me. The next thing I notice is her eyes. You can read volumes in a person's eyes. The first thing that goes thru my mind is "I wonder if she is married". That is an honest answer.
