It takes a kind of discipline. When you're studying, you shut the outside world out of your mind and focus on learning.

After a while when you're tired of studying, you can shut your studies out of your mind, and focus on dealing with the challenges of your life.

The idea is, you can't do both at the same time, they're incompatible activities. That's where you're having your problem.

Rocky, you can deal with both successfully, but only if you focus on one challenge at a time. It's what we all have to do...

After getting caught up on your studies take a day off and go feed the ducks at the park. It's really soothing and will clear your mind to feed such beautiful animals and listen to them. They like bread,so go buy a couple of loaves and take something to drink and spend the day with the ducks.Their really friendly and such a comfort to be around.Doing this will give you clairity and help you better put things into perspective.
