Over all- RANDY MARSH -hands down. He is the funniest character ever to grace television! I don't know if it's what he says, or the way Trey does his voice, but I love everything he has said since "Why'd you take his pants off? Sh-Sharon? Sh-Sharon?" to "Oh, I'm sorry i thought this was America!" to "I just needed a new glass...... and some chips...and some butter....and a new set of pliers."
For the kids, Butters, because he is the cutest, sweetest, most lovable creation in the history of the world. "Want me to teach you some bedtime songs? If you leave me now you take away the biggest part of me...OOOOOOOOOHHHH....Baby please don't go." and "Hey there Mr. Wiener what do you know? Do you have to tinkle tinkle? Yes I do think so."
