Better go or at the very least let them know that you are no longer going to take the position. Its best to be polite about it because you never know when you might need that job after all.

It depends on whether you no longer want the job because you have found another or if there are other reasons.
If you have found another job, it is respectful to your new employer to not attend the interview. They may find out if you did and the company you are interviewing with will understand if you inform them of this change of situation. If you no longer want the job because you think it will not interest you, you should perhaps go to the interview with an open mind, as you never know.
If nothing else, it will give you practise in your interview skills and if you receive an offer from them, you may find it a good negotiating tool in further job interviews you may have.

You might as well go. Even if you know for 100% certain that you won't take the job if it's offered, it's still good for the interviewing experience. Plus, along the way you might find out that there's another opportunity you didn't know about before. You never know.
But, if going to the interview is a major hassle and you think it won't be worth it, just call and tell them you've already accepted another position. They won't mind, it's better than just not showing up.

If you need some practice interviewing, go to the interview anyway.
if you don't want to go, then call and cancel. A "no show" for an interview marks you as unprofessional. You can always indicate that you received another job offer, or that you are prusuing other opportunities that are a better match for your skills.

Depends on how you know you don't want the job without going to the interview. Best thing to do is call and cancel. If you found another job then tell them. You may need that interview at a later date. If you haven't found another job then you owe it to yourself to go to the interview.

Are you still looking for a job? If the answer is yes, you should still go even if you are not interested in the position. Interviews are tough and the extra practice will help for the future.

if you're scheduled today then go. It's rude to no show.
but if not , simply call and thank them for the opportunity, another has already been accepted. good luck out there

Simple. Call them up and cancel. No need to waste you time going or theirs in waiting for a no show.
(Plus if you ever talk to them again they will respect you for calling instead of just standing them up)
