ok this whole thing started in the 2nd month of 9th grade when for no reason one of my friends jumped me on my way to to school then he got sent to a diff school because of it...down the street..yay for the philly school district...so anyway he found out where i live a month ago now mind you its been 1-2yrs since he jumped me now hes trying again and once again i dont know why and ill avoid it if possible example walk around his block on my way to school adding 4 min on the walk but i wont run if they see me but my problem is that he keeps walking by my house with 8 of his friends *is flattered they think they need 8* and i figure if they dont stop soon im gonna go out there but if i go out there im going armed with a knife and mind you im very good with knives and sharp metel objects so i figured i come here and find a peacefull way to settle it (dont say call cops) even tho every1 asked me if i wanted to jump him back i said no to 13 people even ones i didnt know..what should i do?

for those of your saying go to the cops cops make nothing better in fact that would just cause them to hunt me even more i used to go to the cops when i was younger they told me to suck it up and the ones that didnt said we have no proof cant tell my parents bc my parent is a very old lady with alot of stress

If you go out there and use a knife, you know what the out come will be...Is he worth losing your life over either in Jail or getting killed. NO of course not. This part of your life goes by so quickly and do not do anything that you will regret 2 seconds later. You are not the coward, he is, he has 8 kids to back him up. It takes more of a man to walk away then it does to do what he is doing. You seem like a level headed kid in a bad situation. Whats sad is it will take something bad to happen before anything is done. I would definetely keep a log of everytime he harasses you, and you can even take pictures or video of him being at your house.You can file a restraining order, even though you say the cops wont do anything, you need to make them aware in case God forbid something happens. You said your parent is old...if thats so..then they NEED there son to be there, not in Jail. Think before you act at all. You say your good with knives, he could have a gun. Nowadays kids dont understand that death is final. Do not throw your life away for some fool who thinks hes tough. Isnt there anyone that you both trust that can call a truece between you both. You need to make someone of authority...anyone..a counselor at school...anyone aware of whats going on, so if it gets out of hand, they know how much your being harassed. And remember, do not throw your young life away for this fool. God Bless and think before you act.

Wrong. Go to a police station, even at a different precinct, and sign an affidavit for staulking. Ask them for confidentiality, if you like. Stalking is a federal offense. Sounds like these guys would really feel at home in the pen.

Did you consider asking your parents' advice?
They are the most indicated people to help.You are being victim of a bully, and that is crime. It is not a shame to deffend yourself from a coward rat who needs 8 friends to intimidate you. Do not invert the situation. I repeat : HE is the coward.

Find out what he wants. If it's not unreasonable, try to accommodate. You call him a friend so see if you can do something to really make him a friend. Do something nice for him. Make hard for him to hate you.
