It depends on if you sexually active or not or if you have started your menstrual cycle so if you feel you ready go i went at 13 years old and i know my body sooo well and that helps a lot...

Age 18. Even if you're not sexually active, most colleges will require you to submit documentation from your last gynecologist appointment upon arrival.

I was 25 when I went to my first Gyno appt. and 26 for first pap test
No sexual activity until after marriage. My doctor told me that she would do a pap the next year because I had just got married. She did not seem to be concerned with my age because I was not sexually active until after marriage.
Depends on your sexuality. If you are active, go. If not, it's not necessary unless you feel you have something wrong.

For girls they should go to the Gynecologist as soon as they start being sexually active.

At about 16-18. Unless problems occur. You should go before 18 if you have a skipped period, have not had period by age 16, after first intercourse, etc. If you want more info go the the library or search the web.

Actually you should go even if your not having sex. If your not having sex atleast by the age of 18 but if you are having sex go once a year or more if you get on birth control but feel free to go at anytime if you have a problem.

If sexually active as a teen, you should see the GYN asap to get tested for STD"S and get info about birth control.

You should go when you are 8 weeks pregnant.
If you are asking about a girl going to the obgyn for the first time in her LIFE.....I would say you should start going at age 16.
