whenever i click to open my itunes if says itunes cannot locate the CD configuration floder so you cannot import or burn CDs and DVDs. This folder must be in the same directory as itunes. how do i find the cd congfiguration folder? where do i look? thank you

I would recommend unistalling Itunes and than reinstalling Itunes, that should easily restore that resource hopefully. Your music will not be effected in this process.

Go here: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download And download the newest version of iTunes. That should fix ur problem.
