Keno is a lottery. You can pick up to 10 out of 20 numbers and if all your numbers come up you win. I picked 4 numbers. They draw 20 numbers so if my 4 numbers come up i win $100

Before our recent Vegas trip, my wife and I were watching shows about Vegas on the Travel Channel. Keno is actually one fo the worst games in terms of favoring the house. You might "win" $100, but you will probably lose more than that.
