Nope, it seems like it is there forever when you have a c-section. I don't have the $$ for a tummy tuck either, lol

I have had 2 c-sections and have no loose skin or belly. I used stretch mark creme like crazy as soon as I found out I was pregnant, until 6 months or so after. I also don't have any stretch marks, and I plan on doing the same routine with my third (and last) baby. I exercised and breastfed with both babies, which also helped me to lose the weight.

Yes, it depends on your body and how hard you are willing to work to lose it. I've only had one and lost it, my sister had three and lost hers, it took her about a year but if you loose the weight to quickly you will be left with flabby skin, she worked with a personal trainer and she lost a pound a week and the belly fat also went away, stretch marks have stayed buy by looking at her you would not know she had any children!

Well, I'm still having difficulty losing it after one!! And I've got that loved stretched out skin that won't go away unless I get surgery, which I'm not going to bother with. But it is possible, with lots of exercise and stuff. I found a picture of my mom on vacation with us, after she had 3 - (2 c-sections and one vaginal) and man, she was ripped! It almost looked like she had a 6 pack. I, apparently, did not inherit that ability. But good luck to you!

If it is slack muscles, you can do cardio and abdominal exercises to tighten it back up. If it is loose skin, you'll have to get a tummy tuck to get rid of it, no exercise will tighten up the post-baby skin some women get.

No, but you can LOSE bellyfat after a C-SECTION.

Diet and exercise; there's no reason why, if you had a small waist before pregnancy, that you couldn't have one afterward.

uh...sometimes. depends on your body type and age. The older you are, the harder to lose that c-section pooch (like over 30).

if you had skin or a pooch the first time then probably not ~ without surgery of some type
however ~ if you are one of the lucky ones then it may be possible
congrats!
