Start with PV = nRT

n, R, P are constant

so V1/T1 = constant = V2/T2

V1 = 25L
T1 = 0ºC +273 = 273K
T2 = 200ºC + 273 = 473 K
V2 = ?
solve for V2 = V1T2/T1 = 25L*473K/273K = 43.32L

assuming it's ideal.....

PV nRT

so P1V1 = nRT1
and P2V2 = nRT2

also assuming moles (n) is constant and P is constant

V1/T1 = V2/T2

T1 = 0 C = 273.15 K
T2 = 200C = 473.1 K

V2 = V1T2/T1 = (25 L) x (473.15 K) / (273.15 K)

you do the rest...
