I'd have to say #130 (the one that begins "My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun") is my all time favorite, although there are a few others that are close to the top.

I think that Shakespeare does a brilliant job of poking fun at the traditional cliches of love poetry. Underneath the humor, he makes a beautiful point about the nature of love. Red lips and rosey cheeks aren't the reasons that people fall in love, and yet so many love poems stick to these superficial comparisons.
