I think I wake up first, but when Im sleeping its like Im in a coma so Im not sure.

I actually sleep with my eyes open so I guess I close my eyes then I wake up and open them again.

I lie in bed stretching for about 10 minutes before I decide to open my eyes, then look at the clock and carry on stretching for another 10 minutes.

Wake up, then have a shock moment where you think you can't open your eyes, then you do.. and everything is fine. You're awake.

it depends, if i wake up naturally i wake up with my mind then open my eyes when i'm ready, or if i'm woken with a start, my eyes may shoot open but it's another half hour before i can honestly say I'm awake
