Honestly, plies are some of the best things that you can do. Those, on top of the 'runner's stretch' will really help. The runner's stretch is where you face a wall and put your hands flat on it. Straighten your arms, bend a knee and put the other foot behind you, flat onthe floor, straight leg. The runner's stretch is ESPECIALLY important when you are en pointe as it helps to stretch the lower leg muscles that you use in it.
Otherwise, straddle stretches, arm & hand stretches, tendus, and the splits are a good way to get warmed up.

Rolling through your feet, pushing your arches up on relevee, light stretching, stretching out your neck, arms, shoulders, hips knees, etc. You can try doing some light jogging in place to get yourself warm before you really stretch. After all of this then you can do plies and tendus. Save the big stretches until after your muscles are warm so you don't hurt yourself.

Head rolls, shoulder rolls and arms swings. for the feet , going through the feet, circling each foot inwards and outwards.
Little jumps, bending the kness and stretching the sides of your body. do not do much jumping, save up your energy for later. make sure all your joints and muscles are well warmed up before you start. Best of luck!!
