It is unethical for a lawyer to get intimately involved with a client because that compromises their objectivity and creates a conflict of interest between the client and the lawyer. That is not a good way to start a relationship.
After the case is closed and the relationship is no longer professional, if they want to start a personal relationship, then that is okay. However, the attorney should not represent that client again because of the personal involvement. There is always the possibility that the client's interest and the attorney's interest will be in conflict and could spell the downfall of the relationship.

Generally, that is allowable, after the case (and the representation) are completed.
Once someone is no longer a client, the rules of concurrent conflict of interest no longer apply. There are still lingering requirements regarding confidentiality and related matters.
But if you are not a current client, and as long as the relationship is consensual, there's nothing wrong with it.
In most states. The specific rules of professional responsibility vary by state, so your former lawyer should check the local listings.

Depends on how long ago the lawyer was working for you, and which state you live. but your lawyer should know the law so ask another lawyer . If you ask your former lawyer /lover the time would begin anew

You can definitely have the relationship. It shouldn't affect his career at all unless there's some question about when you started dating or if he accepted sex for payment, and I'm sure none of those would apply to the two of you.
