I can't hear anything from my speakers. Can anyone help?

Ok, so my Dell screwed up on me and I had to go to factory settings and restart everything. The problem is, now I have no sound. When I go to the sounds and audio devices, it says that there's no audio device. What can I do to fix this problem? (I tried the trouble shooter, but it was no real help)

Check your Device Manager. See if your speakers show up under that tab. If not, you need to add it in control panel. Play private i, ; )

Reload your audio drivers.
