The Book: "Eight Mindful Steps to Happiness"
By: Bhante Henepola Gunaratana
has had a very profound impact on my ethical values/views, as well as on my morals.
It is a very simple, down to earth book on mindfully acquiring peace and happiness from a Buddhist Perspective.
Excellent to read, even for one who is not a Buddhist.

Thank You for giving me the opportunity to answer your most excellent question.
Have a Great week, and coming weekend.
