I do not second the "stripper shoe" perspective, but they are definitely a bit . . . bold. Normally, I wouldn't say a stiletto like that is dependent on your age. Mostly I think it's what you plan to wear them with. I'd say 15-20 is a bit young; a style like that is more than likely geared toward the 20-30 range.
