I think they'll win the division and go all the way to the world series

they'll contend for the divison all the way til the end like last year. and this year they'll probably win it because the dodgers best move was to sign (lol) randy wolf ..a guy who's never won more than what..10 games (he didn't even win that many) in a season...he's junk. then there's lowe..lool...even funnier. and penny can't seem to get over the 15 game hump..but he sure know's how to break down in the second half...and as for schimt..his arm will fall off of him by the end of june..there's a reason we didn't sign him.

lets see the giants go out and get zito..okay i'd like to have seen them sign soriano but they didn't. either way zito's numbers will go down and he'll win close to 18 games at least. then there's cain who is a stud and lowery who legit as well. (by the way they are considered to have one of THE BEST YOUNG AND CURRENT ROTATIONS IN BOTH LEAGUES.) their top three are all under 28 and signed for long contracts.

didn't durham lead all 2nd basemen in hr's and rbis? then there's roberts who will steal lots of bases follwed by omar and his 300 average and his 25 stolen bases...then comes barry a walking machine...then durham-feliz and aruillia-who's coming off a decent year. they are stacked at catcher (both can hit) will eventually trade on mid season for some power. and they are trying and will eventually move benetiz...by they way the do have a stud in the waiting to take his job.

randy winn had a down year but his career numbers are something like

80 runs
15 hr's
80 rbi's
25 sb

solid numbers that should get better with men on base and a full year in a giants uni. kelsko sucks and i don't think we should have gotten him but he's a good back up who can hit. while rich play's third and feliz sits. then there's barry who can still hit and walks like a mother f-er (he walked over a 100 times last year and would have led the league if he had more at bats)

they have a solid team that's not gonna play the long ball game. they have a mix of young and old.

Very doubtful. Their pitching is suspect at best overall, they have the Bonds circus in town, they are as old as dirt. They also have very few prospects that could potentially contribute, and they also have nobody to stop other teams from walking Bonds to hit behind him. Rich Aurilia at cleanup? C'mon. Pedro Feliz? They don't need any A/C in that park as long as he is swinging and missing.

All in all, they will probably finish 4th at best, even in that sorry division. I hate to say it since I don't like them, but I see the favorite as the Dodgers. Next best shot is the Padres. The Giants did nothing to help their team this offseason, when Bonds turned the Hot Stove League into the Barry "Sign Me" show. Nobody else was going to offer him much unless it was tied to incentives. He got his money from the Giants, but they also lost some good talent, like Jason Schmidt - to their most hated rivals!!! Their management/GM have also proven inept - the AJ Pierzynski trade is probably worse than Brock for Broglio by the Cubs to the Cards. Nathan (need a closer, Giants??), Francisco Liriano, Boof Bonser - all for an AJ rental. Then he walks. Nice moves.

They'll probably get third in the NL West. The dodgers are too good for them. The new Giants squad is basically like a shittier version of the Padres.Good luck with Ryan Klesko, he'll get a couple at bats in and then get injured. Giants just aren't what they used to be.

They'll probably struggle. Too many old players and not a strong bench or minor league system, weak starting pitching and the ever present distraction of Barry Bonds.

Glad at least 1 Giant fan knows Bonds cheats. As for my prediction I see them around the 500 mark.I don't see an above 500 season as impossible I just don't find it likely. The team is very old ,I think it's time to rebuild. My prediction for them is 80-82.

The Giants will be lucky to finish out of last place. They have way too many holes. Pitching is all they have!

I hope they have a bus crash with Barry Bonds in the front seat! I have no respect for them for resigning the anti-christ of baseball.

I hope not. The worse they are the less I have to hear about crybaby Bonds.
