I have a whole bunch of cds, but I kept them in a case that probably wasnt good for them. Now they're pretty scratched up. they play, but on some sound systems they skip a lot...Is there a way to remove the scratches without ruining my cds?!

Yes... there are repair kits that include extraordinarily fine sanding materials and polishes.... I have used them and they work, but require patience and following instructions exactly...

Wal-Mart has a restoring kit for about $10.00. I don't know how well it works but it's worth a try if you have that many scratched CDs.
