No, that's a common rumour though, just like the one where Marilyn Manson is the older brother from "Mr. Belvedere" The kid who played Paul, on "The wonder years" is named Josh Saviano, and Marilyn Manson's real name is Brian Warner. Hope that helps. Brian Warner wasn't famous until he became Manson. : )
