Your best bet would be to contact your local newspaper and ask for some opportunities for work experience.
In the long term, you also need to consider the type of journalism you would be interested in (magazines, newspapers, Internet etc) as well as the field (sport, fashion, current affairs etc). Once you have narrowed this down, contact editors in the field you are interested in. Don't be shy about doing this. You might be surprised with the response you get.

You need to develop a rhinoceros thick skin, be as nosey as an anteater, as uncaring for others suffering as a hyena, and be able to drink like a fish. And be as selfish and single-minded as that other parasitic predator, the politician. All (half) joking apart, I admire your ambition and decisiveness, and wish you the very best of luck. If only I had been as sure of what I wanted at your exciting age, I wouldn't be here drinking a very quaffable chardonnay on the Riviera, piss-assing, (you'll probably never have occasion to use that two word combination in the whole of your hopefully successful career), around on the PC. One piece of advice, check your spelling and punctuation. Every time. It's more important than you think. All best.
P.s. Experience is something that takes time. You are just starting out. The only experience you can build at the moment is being aware of as much of current events as possible. Live it. Breath it. And pester your local newspaper. Make yourself known.

Get an internship at a radio station or newspaper when you are older. Take classes on writing and journalism in school. Practice your writing and enter local and other writing competitions.
