You have to remember that Ronald Reagan was a Hollywood star and a leading man so I have tho say without a doubt that he was the most handsome President. He was also an outstanding President too. Me being a guy I don't think too much about these things but that's my opinion.

Oh God no. President Kennedy was good looking and also a womaniser like Billy Boy. Personally, I thought Ulysses S. Grant was quite handsome.

I think it's a requirement to be ugly in order to be elected president. The closest one to handsomeness would probably be John Kennedy
