it was a question about, haliburton moving to dubai? i can post anything else, but that? any idea's

dick cheney's old company, Vice President in 1995-2000 ,haliburton has now decided to move their headquaters to dubia,to avoit u.s. taxes and to position itself better to gain contracts in the oil rich Middle East.do you think it's a good move for the company?
i didn't think it was that bad..lol
