Yes! Especially when the cell phone is really old, therefore it is REALLY big. They could be sued for assulting people that walk by them! I've been hit by one of those, some guy was running past me in Walmart and his obnoxiously huge cell phone nailed me in the side. Trust me it hurts. =(

I think that is so hilarious. I've seen a couple of them with 2 phones! What pimps! I also can't stand when they walk around with those those ear pieces hooked on!

yeah but whats worse is
the people who have the little motorola ear peice hands free thing in their ear all day long, like theyre in the secret service or soemthing.

It is kinda funny. I can understand if they are doctors and on call but for anyone else it just looks stupid.
