Take a lead from the 'audio out' sockets at the rear of the box into the 'auxiliary input' at the rear of your hi-fi system. They are usually phono (or RCA) plugs - you can buy a lead in Tescos for a couple of quid if you don't have a Radio Shack type outlet near you.
