Is Snape good or evil? And why?
If you think he is good or evil, do you hate any of the Marauders for (in a way, because he spent most of his childhood at Hogwarts) making him the way he is?
Also, Rowling hints that Snape was once/or could possibly fall in love in the next book.
Other than the already known female characters, do you think that a new character will come onto the scene and be the object of Severus's affections?

I would use the "Search for questions" option to find out what hundred's of other people asked and answered already about snape.

I think that Snape is good, I have supposed that Dumbledor is not really dead because one must put the desire to harm into the unforgivable curses for them to work (I know that JK Rowling has said he is in fact dead but I won't believe it until the seventh book comes out). The Character Snape is in love with may be one of the characters currently in a teaching position at Hogwarts (Madam Trelawny or Professor Sprout perhaps?) It is hard to wait until the book comes out, but it's only a few more months.

Dumbeldore trusted Snape but he was deceived by Professor Quirrell and Mad Eye Moody. Dumbeldore is not infallible. Still, Snape is such an important character through the whole series my guess is that he's a good guy.
I don't know about Snape falling in love. Maybe he could hook up with Deloris Umbrige.

OMG!! That would be so awesome if Snape falls in love, thats what he needs. I dont think its a character that we already know, cause I cant think of anyone that he would like.

Snape IMHO is a good guy.
He just appears bad because he is afriad of Voldemort.
