guess everyone has their own way of dealing with different situations in life. when im feeling blue, i go somewhere, usually walk along Zayanderud (which is the river in my city, Esfahan in Iran) and listen to myy favourite music. the nice view of the river and the music and everything else there just cheers me up! keep in mind, not everyone does this. we are all unique!

Anyway, SUN helps believe it or not! Go to the tanning bed or better yet enjoy the great wheater if you have some where you at! I eat a lot of chocolate when I am sad & I call my Mommy! lol Yea I know 25 & still calling my Mommy she is the best though!

All around I would write in my journal to vent my anger out because you are the only one that reads it. At least it's better to get it out on paper then to having to come out unexpectedly. If I'm feeling blue in love, I would listen to heartbreak music, you know the slow music where your heart has been broken and what you are currently now, like Paula De Anda "Walk Away".

When you are feeling blue you could think of things that make you happy or things that made you happy. You also can do activites that will pass the time and then you won't feel blue anymore

Usually if I'm blue, it's because I'm alone. I'd get some friends together and do something fun, like go out to dinner or to a movie.

just feel blue, acknowledge the feeling, wait for it to go. nothing unhealthy about a little blue every now and then.
of course there is always chocolate and ice cream.

Exercise, take a bubble bath, buy yourself something really sexy, pamper yourself, be good to you. Get out enjoy the theatre, the arts, try out new things, find a new hobby or take a dance class. Work out your frustrations like in kickboxing.

close your eyes and imagine something that really makes you happy... or think of a happy thought or memories... some thing that will always work... and if you have time just take a long walk in nature and enjoy the beauty of it... oh btw if you have a dog pet it or play with it... they actually help you feel better... i think it's like a energy exchange or something like it...

try and get out to see some friends or find a hobby.
when i feel blue, i dive into self interest. i go and see family and friends i havent seen or do something i really enjoy.
