Do I sign part three of the form where it says ERO's Signature?

ERO stands for Electronic Return Originator, or the company/individual responsible for electronically transmitting the return to the IRS (and various states, if applicable).

If that is not you, then do not sign there. (You would only complete Part I & II) Contact whoever transmitted your return to make sure the proper information was filled in. The ERO must sign. If your paid preparer was anyone different than the ERO, then they must sign as well.

The ERO would be the business who is the originator of the e-file.(like H&R Block Franchise owner.
You are the Taxpayer/(spouse).
