There are a few things that can help you out-
First off, buy or borrow the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility"- aftera leisurely afternoon of reading, you'll know so much more about your body and be able to pinpoint ovulation.

Try the site www.fertilityfriend.com- to help you chart your way to success. Charting involves taking your temperature, monitoring your own symptoms and cycle to help pinpoint your ovulation.

They key is timing! You need to have intercourse during ovulation (which *typically is 9-14 days after the first day of your last period for women with 28-30 day cycles)

Relax Relax Relax! Make sure you arent smoking, and neither is your partner. Start taking prenatal viatmins NOW- AND folic acid (some theorize that folic acid actually HELP with conception)

When you feel healthy, and you are living a healthy lifestyle- you are setting up a great environment for your baby.

Best of Luck! I've been down your road many times now. If you have any questions, email me!

find out when you ovulate, then try. but as im sure you know, when you actually WANT a baby it seems to take forever! and it does take time, the best thing to do is find out when you're most fertile, perhaps with an at home ovulation test, or there are even websites that can tell you of signs that your body gives off when you are at your most fertile times, so google it girl!

First, relax, don't have sex to create a baby. Just have sex for the pure fun of it. It will happen when it happens. Don[t put all your attention on trying to concieve.
