I'm not sure what level of school you're in, but I'm guessing it's high school or earlier?
Anyway, everyone will probably pick the obvious: a teacher or the principle, etc.
Try picking a school employee that doesnt get much attention or respect as it is- how about the lunch lady or janitor? The school librarian? Your resource officer? Bus driver? Each of those people plays an important part in students lives, even though you might not realize it every day.

the lunch lady, and the guys in the kitchen, cause you dont want to know what they could do to that food. I read somwhere that respect was cheap, for the price its a good deal. Meaning it doenst cost you anything to at least make a good show of it, and could be beneficial if you want something, like clean food.

i would pick the lunch lady (one of them) to write about,they are overlooked and still deserve respect. at some point everyone had a lunch lady give them extra food,free food or something nice....
you could put to say please and thank you to them,which alot of kids/people don't do as much as we should,it's important because they deserve respect and work as hard as anyone else,and look after you guys too.
