All of them! I tried to decide which I thought was "most" wrong, but I realized that ones I thought were most wrong had more to do with which cultures I'd had the most contact with than anything else. The better you get to know individual members of a culture, the more wrong the stereotypes start to seem.
Most countries are big enough that if you look hard enough you could find someone there that fits the stereotype of people from that country. But most people in any country aren't the "typical" person from that country.

This is an excellent question.
In my experience, limited though it is, I initially thought that the USA was the most incorrect stereotype. The war mongering, obese image is not exactly a representation of where I live in the NorthEast, having moved here from the UK 5 years ago.
However... the Liberal, self conscious stereotype also applies to Americans... in fact, I think it's almost impossible to accurately define the 'American Stereotype'. So maybe we should look elsewhere? Canada perhaps? All of which reminds me of a dinner party that I attended... in which a drunken host proudly announced that all Canadians were either hockey players or prostitutes.
"Hey!" the lady next to me exclaimed. "I'm from Montreal!"
"Oh really?" the man said "What position did you play?"

I would have to say either 1) mexicans 2) southerners = rednecks.
Those two have long plagued me wherever I go. If i am in the north im an illegal alien/redneck (cuz of my southern draw/dialect) and if im in the south im a ******* and not white enough to be a 'redneck'. Although i am neither of the two. Mexicans have it the worst probably because even if they are naturalized as a citizen, they are still thought of as a foreign invader and junk like that. Even tho I was born here in the US by a mexican father and american mother, i am still called *******, and thought of as an illegal alien.

The notion that "Mexicans are lazy". I could be wrong but it usually appears that Mexicans (at least thousands of the illegal immigrants that come to the U.S.) are willing to work their asses off. They travel many miles risking their lives so they could work one, two, sometimes three low-paying jobs at a time.
