I have just had a miscarriage at 8 weeks i have been bleeding and today just passed a big sack with what looks like it may have been the baby inside is this normal and do i need to go to the hospital or should i be ok and could you tell me how long i should wait before i have sex again?

I am sorry for your loss. Go to your doctor to be certain that everything is fine. He needs to give you a pelvic to be sure that everything has passed and you may possibly need a D & C. He will also tell you when it is safe to resume having sex.

did you flush the sac? if not, bring to the hospital with you and yes, i would go to the doctor, because if you had a miscarriage you want to make sure there is nothing left inside there for your own safety... good luck
