nordstrom, macy's, kohl's, jc penny's, the limited...if you want formal...try the bridal shops in your area

why a dress?
get a cute pink or purple dress shirt and wear it with a white or black dress skirt. even jeans might look nice.
definetly wear dress sandals with it that are the same color as the skirt
