Nothing with food coloring please. Maybe something with pineapple juice and blue caurocoe. They have a green drink at Bennigan's that good but I'm not sure what's in it. Have already considered Midori sour and green apple martini.

you could try an alien secretion
Alien Secretion
· 2 oz Midori
· 1 oz vodka
· 1 oz rum
· 3 oz pineapple juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into shot glasses. It makes a really cool color
Not going to be a vivid Irish green.

Example:
Irish Pride recipe
3 oz green creme de menthe
3 oz amaretto almond liqueur
2 oz lemon juice
Layer in a highball glass and mix.

Lime vodka and lemonade! I call it Ecto-Cooler because it looks and tastes just like the Hi-C Ecto-Cooler that came out for Ghostbusters. :)
