dell p.c,s normally come with low end graphic cards,infact some come with intergrated graphics which are not much good if your into gaming
unfortunately the dell inspiron 6400 is a laptop and these cannot have graphic upgrades,this is because the graphics adapters in laptops are built into the motherbaord to save space.
all you can do is upgrade the graphics driver and update the direct x runtime,this may improve the graphics performance
this is the main problem when buying a laptop,so many people buy laptops with little knowledge of computers and its only when they try to play modern games that the problem arises
theres not much else i can advise apart from selling the laptop,they still sell for pretty respectable prices,and add a few quid to the money made and buy a power desktop with a state of the art graphics card
