There is a famous scene that has been parodied many times where a woman or a man is standing on the edge of a cliff during a dark, stormy night and the sea is raging. She or he is attempting to jump but her or his lover stops him or her. I want to know if this came from a book or movie and i want to know what movie or book it is.
