Whoa dude! It sounds as if you've been watching a little to much of the Animal Planet channel! Unlike the rest of the natural animal kingdom, women usually have a fertile cycle once a month. A little bit before their menstrual cycle. Sometimes even right after, depending upon the woman in question. Remember, sperm CAN live inside of a woman's vagina for up to twelve days after sex!

Probably summer, when people wear less clothing they get more horny. Fertility has nothing to do with seasons, it’s based on when you ovulate which is once a month for few days.
