Find a contact number and call or write a letter. You probably could get ahold of one of her people and pass along a message of how you are related. Name names so it sounds legit. If she would want to contact you then she call you back. Or just go through whatever family she speaks too. If she doesn't get along with some of the family she probably wouldn't care to meet a second cousin. Sorry.

To prove it, maybe go on to family tree sites and type in her name/your name. Familyorigins.com is where I found info on people. But this may not work. Look at the parents, then theirs, until you find a distant relative. Then trace your name to you, and ta-da! You can prove this to them. If you already have I am sorry. Send a letter to a fan club of hers if she has one and maybe you will hear back! Good Luck!

Do you know a story maybe your that your parents told you and family member she and you share... and how u know that she your cousin that maybe be good... and give a dna test to prove also.

I don't know who she is, but why won't she talk to you herself? Are you one of those cousins that comes out of nowhere after a relative gets some fame and money? Sounds suspicious to me...
