Entertaining--prob OC. But doesn't require any real thinking.
For value and entertainment--Lost. It's a smart show & will stick with you longer.

my first suggestion, may well be go via a e book, yet for the reason that this is the age of cheesy television, get the oc,,, lost is lost in its very own storyline and plot, at leas the oc knows what it needs out of its teach.

depends on the mentality of the girl. lost is one of my favorite shows but may be too involved and drawn out for a young lady. the oc is probably more drama and love and all that stuff. i don't watch the oc personally but it looks like any other night time soap opera.

A 15 year old girl would like the O.C better, but I think that Lost is a more appropriate show.

well considering that the oc is being cancelled (thank the goodness!), I'd go for lost out of your choices.
i'd personally add grey's anatomy to your list though.
