I concur, Target. But, they are still $14-$20 per piece - meaning the top is $15 and the bottoms are $15.
You can also try Old Navy, but those are like $17 per piece.
$30 for an entire swimsuit is VERY cheap. Considering stores will sell $200 swimsuits, and an average swimsuit is close to $70 from Victoria's Secret, $30 is a DEAL!
