It sounds like your bladder may have fallen. And because of the slacking and from the ill repair it is showing more.

Because of the pain get in as soon as possible. (and possible infection)If you had none it would not be as bad. Because many women walk around with a fallen bladder till they finally get it taken care of.

Most insurance pays for the reconstruction. And they will take care of all slacking.
if you can not get in till thursday try to clean the outer area often. Tucks pads are safe to use for comfort.
Good luck and take care.

Wow looks like your gonna need reconstructive surgery. Its sounds like the muscle is torn and the only way to repair that is by going in cutting out the scar tissue and sewing it back up. Your health care provider might cover it as plastic surgery because it is also detrimental to you health and comfort. Id say go to an obgyn and get a referral. good luck.

You really need to see a doctor Now!!
Don't waste any time infections can travel and cause a Pelvic Inflammatory Infection which can cause infertilty.

You need to go to the emergency room. It probably is infected. It doesn't matter if it's 18 months later now. If they never stitched you up correctly the first time then it will need to be done now. OUCH!
