You can overclock this mobo with the utility disks that came with the board, there is a couple of programs to help you overclock, this can also be done through the bios......
I was reading the specs, very nice board, you have several options for overclocking here......
http://www.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=101&l3=300&model=1163&modelmenu=1
Just be warned, many overclockers forums have a say like, "if you havent burned anything up today, your doing something wrong!".......Pushing your equipment can lead to other parts of the computer to fail, most importantly the power supply.....I hope you have at least a 500 watt for this set up.......

my suggestion is if you dont know about overclocking then dont you'll probably kill your cpu. ask a mate with advanced level I.T. skills to do it for you. however if you do want to overclock your cpu you need to first buy a seriously good quality cpu heatsink n fan (not forgetting thermal compound paste). the stock cpu heatsinks & fans rarely are sufficient. then once you've bought your new cooling equipment you can start to overclock. make sure your ram is also capable of running at overclocked settings...if its not you wont be able to gain much speed increases. right here is how a cpu speed is determined....Front Side Bus X CPU Multipier = CPU SPEED (MHZ) example (FSB = 200MHz) X (CPU Multiplier = 11) = 2200MHz. when you increase the multiplier setting to 12 you get 2400MHz. or as some cpu's have locked multiplier settings you'll need to increase the FSB setting (only works well if ram can take increases) (FSB=210MHz) X (CPU Multiplier=11) = 2310MHz. There are also voltage levels to worry about too as not enough voltage means cpu will fail under load and too much voltage means cpu will burn out quicker than a cigarette. to be really honest go to an overclocker's forum and ask those experts what settings you should use for your pc's specs. be exact about telling them your pc specs.
