If that's the uniform the restaurant provides then you are sorta stuck. They obviously think it's appropriate. If you are uncomfortable in it, then I suggest a job change to a place where you are comfortable with your uniform and where you feel it's appropriate too! Also consider what Vegas servers have to wear, that's a lot more conservative then that!!

Well, first of all floppy and droopy is not good at all. When serving food you should have to wear tighter clothing and your hair back out of your face. No...not very appropriate
