Someone who it hardworking is far better than a brilliant but lazy person that does not pull their weight.

someone who is hard woking can learn to make themselves better at what they do.. but someone who is brilliant but lazy will eventually p**s you off. no good being brilliant if your too lazy to get off your backside xx

it depends what the position is, some jobs do not require brains
the lazy person can get paid per amount of work they produce lol
