Do you have a sport you like do you like any other video games or friends if not I'll be you boyfriend I love solitare.

If you really can't stop, delete the game from your computer. Don't go on-line to play! Once I get started playing Spider Solitaire, I have a hard time stopping.

If you're used to playing solitare on the computer, try playing FreeCell. If you're used to the way Solitare works, you'll be so confused and frustrated wtih FreeCell you'll want to go and do something else.
It worked for me, but it might just make you addicted to FreeCell...

Well i could tell you to just think about how great life would be without it, but that never works so here i go....
Began to slowly think about how your just doing the same thing over and over again and again...after that just began to *sigh* everytime u winand just look at the screen for a minute pondering why your doing this when you can be doing so many other things...think about how your freinds are going on with their life and your just stuck on that game

my mom is addicted also so she says she can't help you, but i am addicted to spades and the way i forget about it is get by bike and ride or go surfin or diving, try a hobby
