but... people keep saying that they call me and i dont answer? Also is there a way to take the lock of of the screen? And can you keep wireless mode on it always turns off i know i should probably get a newer phone but 500.00 is quite a bit for a smartphone but if there ia a place i can trade it in at in las vegas that would work thanks in advance for answering my long winded question!

angel...all of the issues you are having with your Treo are pretty much age related. The best thing would be to go with a Windows Mobile device. The good news is that you'll be out 150 or so with a two year plan. Let me know if you need anything else....
