My fiance is 32 years old and he takes 3 blood pressure pills a day. He seems to be having erectile problems and sometimes he just isn't interested in sex at all. Could this be a result of the pills?

Yes. Have him discuss this with his Doctor, and if the Doctor so feels, try to find a suitable replacement. Also discuss the possibility of using Viagra.

Yes, the blood pressure medication is causing the depression of his sexual drive and the erectile dysfunction. I would suggest that you talk to his doctor and see if a medication such as Viagra or Cialis, something along those lines may help, but you would need to make sure that there won't be any interactions with the blood pressure medication, which is why I urge you to talk to your doctor. Hopefully you can resolve your issue.

Thanks

Some blood pressure pills do cause erectile issues. He should consult with his physician. He may recommend that on occasion he might take only two pills. A friend of mine takes two pills daily. On certain occasions (**), he only takes one.
