I studied law and medical assisting, i have an associates degree as a legal assistant. Have found myself working in customer service, gaming and revenue/slot auditing for the past eight years. I am soooo ready for a change. I love what i do and I'm good at it, but i hate filing and that is 50% of the job here. Any suggestions?

Any possibility of promotion where you are at? The higher up the ladder you go, the less filing you do. :)

If I were in your shoes, I would take my current background and find a promotable job with a company. That way you would more than likely get a raise, and a change of scenery. Just keep your job until you find a new one, you seem more valuable to hiring managers that way.

And go back to school to finish a bachelors in something, even if it was general business.

Good luck

I have Spa parties in my home, others homes, businesses, anywhere you can think of. They are so much fun, you can choose any theme, such as:
Teen Spa, Office Retreat, Martini's/Margarita's & Make-overs, Happy Hour, Bridal Spa, Mens Spa, Grand Opening, Champagne Spa or anything you can imagine.

You create your own schedule, work as little or as much as you want. The company I work with is $250 to join, this month you can join for $99, and you receive over $700 in product and sales aids. If you are serious about building a business for yourself I can help you get started without paying a penny.

First, go to a bookstore. Look in the business section, and see what you can find in the line of career changes.

Investing $20.00 or so in professional helpis a good start.

Sometimes in a good book, there is one article, or paragraph which will make all the difference in the world.

Good luck

One suggestion I have is to start your own business. I started one in health and wellness and found it grew quickly because it had my interest. It's something you can do while continuing to work at your current job, and you might be surprised at how fast you not only meet, but surpass your current income. This gives you the time and money to pursue whatever your heart desires!

Teach in a college. Teach Law and Ethics. Most people think lawyers have no ethics but you aren't a lawyer. The only thing accountants do is to hide money and everyone likes that cuz nobody wants to let everyone know they have money.
